We are a collective of trained and certified coaches, educators, and neurodiverse leaders, who deeply understand the challenges of being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world.
The Neurodivergent Leader, and its sister program, Parenting Beyond Labels, were created by two moms during COVID in response to the devastating impact that both parents and the neurodiverse community experienced due to quarantine.
With a collective 50 years of experience in special education, leadership development, coaching, and parenting, these women have leveraged every tool in their belts to design adaptive and inclusive programs for neurodiverse leaders.

What makes this program adaptive?
One of our highest commitments is to access. We recognize that most neurodivergent learners struggle to succeed in a traditional learning environment; that appropriate and reasonable accommodations are rarely offered or presented, which makes access difficult and cumbersome. The design of everything from content, to delivery, to assessments has been done with accommodation and access in mind. In addition, part of our onboarding process is to meet with and discuss individualized learning needs and accommodations.
Why should I choose the Neurodivergent Leader for my leadership development?
Acknowledging the experience of neurodiverse people allows for a deeper exploration of lived experiences, and a much more nuanced view of how these experiences impact leadership and leadership issues. We are a neurodiversity affirming company and built it in as a core of our leadership curriculum with an emphasis on strengths and authenticity. Having a team of coaches and experts who understand this will make your experience deeper and increase your ROI.
How is the Neurodivergent Leader program different from general leadership development programs?
All of our neurodivergent leadership programs are taught through the lens of neurotypes, learning differences, and social disabilities. That means our approach is inclusive of these unique experiences in a way that both acknowledges and makes accommodations for these factors.
Additionally, our programs have been designed by a 25-year-veteran educator who specializes in creating accessible curriculum for differently-wired learners.
Our programs are built on an understanding that there is not one “right” way of doing things and that anyone can be a leader if they use their personal strengths to lead in an authentic and sustainable way.
What if I don't have a diagnosis?
You do not have to "qualify" for a diagnosis to be neurodivergent. We acknowledge and honor self-diagnosis as an acceptable way of identifying as a neurodivergent person. We do not believe in pathologizing neurodiversity, so whether you are diagnosed or are self-identified, you are welcome here.
What are the guiding principles that inspire the work of the Neurodivergent Leader?
Our mission is to collaborate with clients to destigmatize differences, identify challenges, improve outcomes, and empower neurodivergent talent with the tools to become the authentic leaders they were meant to be. We are guided by the following values and principles;
Humility - We value what our clients bring to our collaboration, serve others first, and accept each person equally as they are with open hearts.
Open-mindedness - We believe that growth and radical acceptance can only be accessed when we open our minds through exploration of differences and new possibilities.
Integrity - We embody integrity through our five pillars; awareness, authenticity, action, accountability, and advocacy.
Authenticity - We believe that to be authentic is to know who you are, who you’re not, and to be in alignment with both.
Education - When we know better, we do better. It is only through education and advocacy that we can transform the world.
What kind of training do the coaches have?
Our coaches have been vetted, and have been put through rigorous coach training programs. Additionally, they have clocked hundreds of coaching hours over the course of their careers and hold higher education degrees with specializations in special education.
With a combined 50 years of experience in education, curriculum design, coaching, and leadership development, our founders developed the methodology of our five pillars of leadership and designed a learning rubric to measure, document and hold the integrity of the learning outcomes.
